Making Egg Salad

We made egg salad today in class. Here are the steps:
1. Remove the shell from boiled eggs.
2. Cut eggs in pieces.
3. Add mayonnaise, pepper, and salt.
4. Stir the eggs, mayonnaise, pepper, and salt.
5. Eat the egg salad with crackers or in a sandwich.
